Parkin Macao Co., Ltd, specializing in the production and assembly, Toner Cartridge, Inkjet Cartridge & CISS development , test and series of work.  Now, we running two Factory in China, which produces toner cartridge, inkjet cartridge and CISS.

 

Our factories are located in Nanping Town of Zhuhai Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park. Print processing company since 2002 in Zhuhai disposables now, manufacture toner cartridge. After the new printing machine with a nozzle ink cartridges for professional production lines, This year the company invested in the completion of a production line with an annual output of 500 million cartridges that produce compatible Epson EPSON. Novajet Encad Canon CANON brothers Marathon, Hewlett-Packard HP, ink jet printers, Ribbon, such as various models of laser printer toner cartridge, filled with ink, cartridges and toner.

Quality Control:

We have perfect quality management system, and we continue to improve on. We have steady-going quality management persons who have good training. To insure in-coming raw material quality, We have stabilization and high quality’s supplier; In-process quality control used statistical quality control and set up standardization work and perfect machine maintain system, and in-process we carry out 7S in order to assure process quality; To assure out-going quality and sold quality, we have expert FQC, OQC and QE , We set up QCC and QIT team to satisfy customer’s demand from different ways. We control every phase document and data in order to manage whole QM use, and DCC vest in QM to serve QM.

-There are complete written instructions for inspecting and approving in-process materials, including methods, equipment, operating parameters, acceptance specifications
-Inspectors have been trained of time or no time, and periodically verify their results.
-In-process set-up QCC, and manage QC seven technique to analysis or control quality.
-QM assures that manufacturing and testing/inspect records are back-checked before batches are released for shipment.
-We have document for investigation of manufacturing deviations and batch failures to determine the cause and institute corrective actions to prevent the situation from recurring.
- There is an adequate program for handling complaints, including investigation to determine the causes, corrective actions, verification of the effectiveness of corrective actions, a target time frame for responding; trend analyses, and notification of appropriate parties including quality management.
